* All payments must be cleared prior to any order shipping
* Kindly keep in mind that until payment is complete, the product remains available for others to buy, in which case it may sell out. In the event a product becomes unavailable, you will be immediately notified.
* Orders with Google Checkout or Paypal selected as the payment method will be canceled if the order remains unpaid after 7 days. Orders with Money Order selected will be canceled if the order remains unpaid after 14 days.

SHIPPING ---
* Shipping is to US destinations ONLY AND EXCLUDES APO/FPO and PO Boxes
* All orders ship to the address supplied by PayPal/Google Checkout. Additional shipping charges for items which need to be mailed a second time is at buyers expense
* All orders ship with a valid tracking number, however, updates to tracking may vary (see below)
* Shipment & Delivery are determined by the FIRST 2 LETTERS of a products "Reference ID #" located at the bottom of all product descriptions (EXCLUDES Secondhand/ previously used products). EXAMPLE "US1-15176"
- "CN" ships from China within 3-5 business days, and delivery takes approximately 15-28 days (excluding holidays), however, please allow up to 40 days due to customs. Kindly keep in mind that tracking number information may experience significant delays of up to 10 days in updating due to inspections at customs.
- "US" ships from US within 3-5 business days and delivery takes approximately 3-15 business days (excluding holidays). Kindly keep in mind that tracking number information may take 1-3 days to update.
* Secondhand/ previously used products ship from US within 1-3 business days and delivery takes approximately 3-15 business days (excluding holidays)
